Digital Products (Ebooks)
Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after delivery.
Exceptions — refunds will be issued if:
- You experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased file, and our team is unable to resolve it within 5 business days
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment)
- The file delivered is corrupted or does not match the product described
To request a refund under these circumstances, email scorpionmarketinglab@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
